Sigep Giovani cares passionately about training and pastry making in companies schools and the fair organization.The project has been running for more than ten years and involves the active participation of catering colleges throughout the entire duration of the fair.

Every two years a competition is held between students and whilst this is going on, stage events and demonstrations are organized by various companies.

Taking an active part in the project are the fair’s organizers PasticceriaInternazionale, Conpait and all the companies that over the years have shown a commitment to training.

Schools from all over Italy compete and put themselves on show giving their students the opportunity to work in close contact with companies and the best cookery demonstrators in the business.
