Both a mechanically controlled version (Ercolina Plus) and a semi-automatic version (Ercolina Plus SA) are available.
On the mechanically controlled version, levers start work phases, while on the semi-automatic one, the pressing and opening times of the moulding chamber are controlled using a control panel, and only the rounding is carried out through a lever. This model can store up to ten different program settings. Both models come with three plates.
