The pastry cooking courses at every level of specialisation, are the tangible result of our collaboration as technical sponsors with the best Italian pastry schools, Cast Alimenti andBoscolo Etoile, as well as International schools such as Paco Torreblanca’s International School of Pastry.
These courses are taught on their premises where Zanolli ovens for Bread and pastry making are installed.
Throughout the course the students get a hands on experience of the potential of these ovens and learn new cooking techniques.
